Gluten free at La Soffitta Renovatio in Rome, Italy

Good find and close to Vatican! Had pizza margherita and spinach ravioli. First ravioli in years, but wasn’t as awesome as the pizza. Plenty of other pasta options too, and all GF dishes come out clearly marked with a flag.
