Gluten free chicken and rice casserole

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup rice
  • 1 thing cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • Similar quantity milk as soup
  • 1 packet gf onion soup mix
  • Chicken breast or tenderloin

Instructions:

  • preheat oven to 350
  • Mix soup and milk. Pour half in 9×13 or similar pan. Add rice and stir it in along with half of the onion soup mix
  • Set chicken in. Pour rest of soup mix on top of chicken. Sprinkle rest of onion soup mix.
  • Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake another 15 min.
