- 1 can salsa
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 chicken breasts
- ~6 cups chicken broth
- ~1/2 packet taco seasoning
- Optional: sour cream and crushed tortilla chips to garnish
Directions:
- Dump salsa in crockpot; stick chicken on top. Add beans, corn, tomato paste, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Cook. Stir occasionally.
- 30 minutes before you want to eat, fish out chicken and shred it with a fork. Dump back in and stir.
