Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen diced potatoes
- 2 big bottles chicken broth
- Bacon bits
- 1 pack cream cheese
- Optional: shredded cheddar to garnish
Instructions:
- Dump frozen potatoes in crockpot.
- Pour on broth.
- Add bacon bits.
- Cook.
- After a few hours, stir. Consider using a potato masher and mashing up the potatoes to add starch/thicken things.
- ~1 hour before eating, chunk up cream cheese and add. Stir.
- Serve with cheddar cheese to thicken further.
