Gluten free potato soup 

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag frozen diced potatoes
  • 2 big bottles chicken broth
  • Bacon bits
  • 1 pack cream cheese
  • Optional: shredded cheddar to garnish

Instructions:

  • Dump frozen potatoes in crockpot.
  • Pour on broth.
  • Add bacon bits.
  • Cook.
  • After a few hours, stir. Consider using a potato masher and mashing up the potatoes to add starch/thicken things.
  • ~1 hour before eating, chunk up cream cheese and add. Stir.
  • Serve with cheddar cheese to thicken further.
