Gluten free ham pizza bites

Ingredients:

  • Honey or regular sandwich ham
  • Pizza sauce
  • Fruit or veggies of choice – I use canned pineapple
  • Cheese of choice – I use mozzerella

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Take muffin tin and cover with ham. May take 2 slices of ham to be thick enough.
  • Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in each, pushing in to form a cup of ham.
  • Add pineapple or other fruit/veggies.
  • Fill remainder of cup w cheese.
  • Bake til cheese is melted, probably ~17 minutes
